The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning, with its prime spot right at the lakefront. Not only does it offer incredible views of the lake, but it also provides a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere for a restful escape. Guests can even go for a swim in the lake, adding an extra touch of relaxation to their stay. the breakfast buffet is incredibly rich and fresh, ensuring a great start to the day.

the room I was in had a small 15 CRT TV with poor reception on all channels, which was a bit disappointing.

The personnel was great, helpful. The dinner was also and, during this season, the swimming pool + snow is awesome. Although ,the hotel seems mainly fitted for conferences, as a single traveler it was great for relaxing.

Unfortunately, and to be fair with the comments, there were also areas for improvement. I stayed in Room 224, in which the heating was not working. The personnel brought a mobile heater, which was nice but that's it. The bathroom sink unfortunately was broken and the floora little moldy. As well, the doors and windows are not tight shut (Advantage, you have a fresh room, disadvantage, sometimes gets pretty cold)

The hotel seems to focus more on seminars resulting in very noisy evenings and nights disturbing the good atmosphere of the place.

Stunning Location and Great Breakfast the hotel where I spent my holiday was located in a beautiful area with breathtaking scenery. Waking up every morning to the serene view from my balcony was a wonderful experience. the breakfast buffet served every day was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from.

BEAUTIFUL hotel and PERFECT location, right on Lake Lucerne. This should be a 5 star hotel. The service was great, hotel staff and management were so friendly and helpful. If you plan on staying on Lake Lucerne I can't imagine stayng anywhere else.

Perfect setting above Lake Lucerne for absolutely 1st class breakfast and a popular and very good onsite restaurant. Room simple, no problems. Staff not to be faulted. Parking good.

Needs more sunshades down at the lake, no shadow to hide in when the sun shines, as it did the last weekend.

Location and great view of lake Lucerne

The hotel has private access to the lake however this area is poor conditioned... there is not beach beds or umbrellas available, also they dont provide towels to be in the lake. In a hot summer day is not really possible to fully enjoy the shore because there is almost no shadow its a pity....

Everything! The hotel staff is very kind, friendly and extremely professional. The food there was so delicious, that there was no need to go anywhere. And that hotel is absolutely right place for the family with or without children, where the atmosphere is tailored fro all possible needs of the clients.

Extremely nice and pleasant hotel, uniquely situated at the Vierwaldstaettersee, and at the foot of Mount Rigi. All rooms have a great view! The personnel is very friendly and helpful, the food is great. Tremendous selection of cheeses during breakfast. Absolutely recommended!!
